In
1987 The Jets were signed to a one year, three commercial deal with Kool Aid
Koolers®, a boxed juice beverage geared for kids aged 2-13. "Koolers"
were 8.5 oz juice boxes in 3 and in 6-packs. They came in Cherry, Grape, Lemonade,
Mountain Berry Punch, Orange, Purplesaurus Rex, Rainbow Punch, Strawberry, and Tropical
Punch.
Bottom Right: Promotional material and merchandise included a limited edition
Hot Hits cassette featuring two songs from The Jets, including "Let Me Know",
produced by Boys Club member Joe Pasquale, as well as a dance mix of the
commercial jingle "Make It Kooler"!

Ad featuring the group that was published in family and children's themed magazines
such as People.
Additional promotional merchandise included a large full color poster as well
as a Jets Make It Kooler Bandana.
Kool Aid Koolers sponsored The Jets on their
1987 "Make It Kooler Tour" , and were provided with practically a
lifetime supply of Kool Aid Koolers during the tour!

Children's Television Workshop &
the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse
produced a video and a song featuring The Jets, in participation of
a teen anti-alcohol abuse campaign called "Be
Smart Don't Start".
Six public service announcements and a complete music
video (4.5 minutes) also appeared on television networks.
